Project management for a credit card issuing system at a financial institution. The system integrated the full process from application intake through screening, card issuance, and credit management. Responsible for progress and risk management across requirements definition, testing, and launch.

Shotaro Murai
Founder & CEO
Graduated from the College of Information Science and Engineering at Ritsumeikan University. Career spans CyberAgent, Rakuten Group, and several startups, with roles including Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and engineering manager for infrastructure and SRE. A specialist in public clouds such as AWS and Google Cloud as well as private cloud, with experience operating petabyte-scale data analytics platforms. Following the sale of LOB Inc., an advertising technology company, to Rakuten Group in 2018, led the infrastructure teams for the global advertising business across the US, EU, and APAC.
Makoto Hasegawa
Executive Technical Advisor
Graduated from Keio University, then joined CyberAgent after working at the systems subsidiary of a major corporation. Responsibilities extended well beyond infrastructure, including serving as technical lead for a cross-organizational team. A frequent speaker at technology conferences in Japan and abroad, with a consistent focus on staying current with the cloud-native landscape. Specializes in automation, and has led numerous projects promoting and implementing infrastructure as code with tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Currently provides technical support to several startups and serves as a technical advisor to global companies.
